Cross-cultural management training
An in-depth training on how to manage international teams and international projects — joint ventures, setting up subsidiaries and similar — successfully, with genuine understanding of the other culture. Especially important when you hire employees from other cultures. Based on Meyer, Hofstede and Schwartz, with first-hand experience from cross-cultural teams and businesses: from Germany and the EU via Russia, the USA and South America to Africa, India and Pakistan.
